SportNation.Bet Review & Free Bet
SportNation.Bet is actually the work of a recent rebranding from BetOnBrazil. Choosing to drop Alan Brazil as their sponsor and proceed without one instead.
As most of you will know, Alan Brazil is a Scottish footballer turned football pundit and who now has his face on one of the largest up and coming independent UK based sport bookies. SportNation haven’t been around that long, so for them to have come so far, in this short amount of time is outstanding considering how complete their sportsbook already is.
Website – Layout & Interface:
The layout that SportNation has adopted isn’t all dissimilar to that which we have seen plenty of other times before. However, the way SportNation pulls it off makes it still feel refreshing and especially when you include their colour scheme of jade green on a minimalistic dark grey background.
You will find the SportNation logo in the top left hand corner and directly on the right of this is a menu that you can use to navigate around some of the more fundamental sections of the website, such as the casino, virtual sports, about me and promotions. On the opposite side of this is a login or signup section.
Over on the left-hand side of the page is a live sports section and below this is a highlights tab, this great for saving time and finding some of the more heavily searched areas of the site. If we go further down we will see a taste of some of the sports that SportNation cover as well as an option to view them all in an A-Z list.
Your own individual bet slip is found in the usual location, on the right hand side of the page, and it will grow as you add selections to it, as well as calculating your potential earnings, in the process.
There aren’t a monumental amount of sporting markets to be found at SportNation, which is unfortunate because they were doing everything else so well. Customers will be able to bet on the following sports, though, such as Football, Basketball, American Football, Boxing, Darts, Snooker, Cricket, Tennis, Rugby Union and Horse Racing.
Once you have selected the sport in which you are interested in, you will then be able to search for the match, game or competition by country, league or competition which makes the whole process very smooth.
The betting markets that can be found at SportNation were actually above our expectations and somewhat redeemed their lack of sporting markets. Players who are interested in football, in particular, will have exclusive access to markets like Both Teams to Score, Correct Score, Match Result, Double Chance, Handicap, Winning Margin, 1st/2nd Half Result and many more.
Welcome Bonus & Promotions:
Customers who sign up through our website will receive an exclusive welcome bonus and that is a 50% matched deposit bonus which affects amounts up to £50. This means that if you want to make the most out of this illustrious deal, we recommend that you deposit the full £100 to have a total of £150 to play around with.
The other promotions at SportNation are added on an ad hoc basis, so it is advised that you keep on checking regularly to avoid missing anything potentially good. One thing that we did see that is worth noting is their fantasy football league, this can be entered for free and has loads of great prizes for the winners.
Players will be able to bet during live play for some of their favourite sports, these range from Football, Tennis, Cricket, Basketball and depending on when you check will determine what SportNation has available.
The in-play betting markets were some of the best we had seen as they didn’t sacrifice anything and players will be able to find all of their favourites thrown in there, which is always a welcomed addition.
Mobile & Tablet:
If mobile betting is your thing, SportNation certainly has your interests at heart with their recently launched, dedicated mobile sportsbook application. The app contains all of the great stuff that is to be found on the desktop version of the site, with the added functionality that it can be accessed from anywhere in the world, so long as there is a stable internet connection.
If you prefer to not download software on your mobile or tablet, that isn’t a problem as SportNation has scaled the mobile version of their website to work almost identically to the application and you don’t miss out on anything by doing it this way.
Currently, there are no e-wallets listed as valid payment methods, which is a shame as these seem to be most of the player bases go to payment method at this current moment in time. This is something that we would expect them to add in the not so distant future, however and in the meantime you can still use cards such as Visa and MasterCard to both withdraw and credit your account.
Players can reach the SportNation support team via a couple of different ways, such as email and live chat. Be aware that these are not reachable 24/7 and you will need to use the live chat between the hours of 12:00 and 17:30 Monday through Friday. Alternatively, if you don’t think that your issue is that urgent, you can refer to their FAQ section and browse through a list of potential questions and their respective answers to see if your problem has been previously addressed.
SportNation, despite being a new face on the scene, are an excellent choice of a sportsbook for players of all walks of experience. They have everything that you would expect to find and it all functions well together and ahead of our expectations for such a new company.
