Premier League Weekend Preview
We have ten exciting games lined up this weekend in the Premier League, with the highlight being the first game on Saturday. At 12:30 pm, third-place Tottenham travel to face second-place Manchester United in what promises to be a thrilling contest.
Tottenham have started the season strongly, although they have had some slip-ups against lower-ranked opposition. Still, they remain the closest challengers to the two Manchester clubs, with Chelsea and Arsenal further behind, and Liverpool currently out of the title race. A win for Tottenham would propel them into second place, ahead of Manchester United.
Elsewhere, leaders Manchester City face a tricky trip to West Brom on Saturday at 3 pm. Although City have a good lead at the top of the table, they can’t afford to be complacent, especially on tricky away trips like this. If City want to secure three points, they will need to work hard against a resilient West Brom side.
Huddersfield were the talk of the Premier League last weekend after their impressive victory over Manchester United. This weekend, they travel to face Liverpool at Anfield. Huddersfield will play to win and won’t sit back, which should make this an entertaining, open game. Could they pull off another shock victory?
Fourth-placed Chelsea travel to Bournemouth on Saturday evening in a game that will be televised. Chelsea have had a less-than-ideal start as they attempt to defend their title, but they are still close enough to challenge at the top. Meanwhile, Bournemouth are struggling in the relegation zone despite a win last weekend. They will need a big performance to get anything against a talented Chelsea side.
Arsenal host struggling Swansea in what should be a straightforward game for the Gunners. Arsenal have won three of their last four games, slowly finding their form as they aim for a top-four finish. Swansea, on the other hand, have only one win from their last five games and are just one point above the relegation zone. Even a draw would be a great result for them at the Emirates.
Other Key Matches
Crystal Palace, bottom of the league, take on fellow strugglers West Ham in a crucial game at the foot of the table. Meanwhile, Leicester and Everton, who have both recently sacked their managers, face off on Sunday. Leicester have a new boss in Claude Puel, while Everton are still searching for a replacement. Other fixtures include Watford at home to Stoke, Brighton hosting Southampton, and on Monday night, Burnley playing Newcastle.

What Games Are on TV?
There are five Premier League games being broadcast live on TV this weekend, spreading across Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Here’s what to watch:
Manchester United vs Tottenham – Saturday 12:30 pm Sky Sports
This is the big game of the weekend. With second-place taking on third, we should expect goals in this one with two excellent attacking teams going head-to-head.
Bournemouth vs Chelsea – Saturday 5:30 pm BT Sport
Chelsea are currently in fourth place and need a string of victories to stay in the title race. They travel to struggling Bournemouth and will see this as a great opportunity to pick up three points.
Brighton vs Southampton – Sunday 1:30 pm Sky Sports
Not many would have predicted that Brighton would be just one point behind Southampton at this stage of the season. At home, Brighton will be aiming to take all three points against a Southampton side that has struggled for consistency.
Leicester vs Everton – Sunday 4:00 pm Sky Sports
Both teams have recently sacked their managers and are looking for a fresh start. Leicester have already appointed Claude Puel, and that new manager bounce could give them the edge over Everton, who are still in search of a new boss.
Burnley vs Newcastle – Monday 8:00 pm Sky Sports
Both teams have surprised many by sitting in 7th and 8th place, respectively. With only two losses between them in their last 10 games, expect a tight, low-scoring affair to round off the weekend.
